In 20 hours of lessons, you'll speak, listen, read and write more Dutch than you thought possible. Small groups, native teachers, and plenty of practice outside the classroom make this summer course in Rotterdam different from a regular language class.

Dutch Summer Course schedule and dates

Our Dutch summer courses run from July 6th until August 14th. You can sign up for one week or combine multiple weeks for a deeper dive into the language.

Lesson times: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 15:00. Between 12:00 and 13:00 you can grab lunch, work on an assignment with your classmates, relax in our garden, or take a walk through Oude Noorden.

Where the lessons take place

You'll find us at Benthuizerstraat 30C in Rotterdam. Sometimes we teach in the classroom, sometimes in our small garden, and every now and then we take the lesson outside. Expect Dutch lessons in the open air, at local shops, or at a nearby market, all designed to help you put your Nederlands into practice straight away.

What you'll do during the course

Every level has its own programme. You might order drinks in one of the great bars in Het Oude Noorden, buy fruit at a local market, or play language games with your classmates in a nearby park. Learning Dutch in summer should be fun, and this is how we make sure it is.
