Rules costume contest:

* Only one person receives a free course.
* DCR decides who wears the best costume and therefore wins the free course. DCR can decide to do that by voting or by their own decision.
* Only participants currently enrolled in a Dutch Course with Dutch Courses Rotterdam (partially) being held in October, November, December 2025 and January 2026 can take part.
* DCR reserves the right to refuse people to sign up for a course if courses are full, you don’t have the right language level for the course or any other reason.
* Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
* Free courses do not include the course material.
* Starting date of the course needs to lie between November 1st 2025 and April 1st 2026. After that the offer is no longer valid.
